First of all It is only right that we look into the benefits of using mango in your natural hair. HAIR RECIPE FOR HAIR MASK

Honey & Mango Hair Mask

  • 1/2 Ripe Mango
  • 1 Banana
  • Yoghurt
  • Coconut Oil
  • Castor Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • 1/2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 3tbsp Aloe Vera Gel or Fresh Aloe Vera

Peel the mango and banana and slice them up, placing them into the blender, start to add the yoghurt, honey and the oils to the mix.  Blend the mixture until smooth and start to apply the mask on clean sectioned hair.  You can sit under a steamer for 10 minutes or wear a steam cap to allow the mix to sit on your hair, then rinse the mixture out using luke warm water.

Mango Mask for Dry Hair




  • 1 ripe mango
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt 
  • 1/2 tbsp Argan Oil
Pell the mango and slice them up and place in a blender, add the egg yokes, yoghurt and the oil to the mix and start to blend until smooth.  Apply the mixture to freshly washed sectioned hair, starting from the roots and working your way down focusing on the dry areas of your hair to the ends also.  You can sit under a steamer for 10 minutes or wear a steam cap to allow the mix to sit on your hair, then rinse the mixture out using luke warm water.
